Booking Policies
Please read carefully before booking. I will not accommodate anyone who fails to read.
Policies
- All prices are listed in USD — Cash Only accepted at appointments.
- Address will be shared in your confirmation email once your appointment is booked.
- No kids or extra company allowed during appointments.
- Wash & blow-dry is complimentary with all installs but must be selected as an add-on when booking.
- Be sure to add all necessary add-ons to get the exact service you need.
- If you would like me to provide the hair, select your desired length & texture during booking.
Payments & Deposits
- Non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Remaining balance must be paid in cash.
- $50–$75 non-refundable / non-transferable deposit required for all bookings.
- Deposits for rescheduled appointments will be credited toward future services.
- Cancellations must be made 24h in advance or your card will be charged full service price.
- Late arrivals have a 15 min grace period. After 10 min: $30 late fee.After 15 min: Appointment is cancelled.
Extras
- Wig drop-off: 3 days prior or minimum 24h before your appointment.
- Same-day customization: +$45
- Travel service (outside Dubai): +150$
- Early & late hours (before 9am or after 9pm): +$35
